Save The Hamster is a game about a hamster taking to the skies on a cap with a propeller. We liked the idea from Evoplay developers. Its implementation was almost perfect (but there were a couple of nuances that spoiled our impression of the game - a long break between rounds and not the best RTP).
Since Evoplay is a large and popular provider, its games are in many honest casinos. But they are also added by scam projects, which are created to cheat visitors. To play Save The Hamster at a good casino, you can use our rating: there are many verified sites there.
We've added a demo version at the top of the page. Play it to evaluate the design and interface before spending real money. Demo mode works without registration and for free. There is no limit on the number of rounds or game duration.
If Save The Hamster is to your liking, you can move on to playing for real money via our Casinoz list. It is located at the end of the review. There are only those sites where this game is available, and which have already been tested by our experts. We have written reviews about all the casinos on the list to make it easier to choose where to go.
Each round starts with a hamster flying vertically upwards from the ground into the sky. As it flies, a multiplier grows on the field. At a random moment the hamster will fall. This can happen on multipliers from x1.00 to x1000. The player needs to withdraw the winnings while the hamster is in flight - if the withdrawal is not clicked before the fall, the bet is burned. Rounds follow each other with a break of 10 seconds. Bets can be placed during the break and during the previous round. You can place 1 or 2 bets. The bet size can be set in the range of 0.10 to 30,000.
You can display the winnings manually (from x1.01) and automatically (from x1.10).
Save The Hamster didn't get the best RTP value - 96%. There are crash games where the return rate is higher (but there are still some that have even worse returns).

Save The Hamster is a classic crash game, so a low-risk strategy game is useful.
Withdraw your winnings shortly after the round starts, don't expect too big (x1.50+) multipliers. We recommend taking your money out when the multiplier reaches the x1.10-x1.30 mark. Since Save The Hamster has 2 betting blocks and auto-withdraw, you can change the strategy to make it more interesting. Set 1 bet to auto withdraw on a small multiplier (e.g. x1.20) and withdraw the second bet manually on a hunch.

Save The Hamster has a bright cartoonish design. The interface is scattered all around the edges of the playing field. In our opinion, there are a lot of interface elements, but some of them can be minimized. To the left of the playing field there is a leaderboard. It has 3 tabs - all bets (for the current round from all players who participated in it), my bets (history) and top 100. To the right of the field there is a chat. You can't write there (at least in the demo version we couldn't), you can only use phrases from the suggested list.
The right side of the field also has a vertical scale with multipliers. The bottom right corner shows the balance. In the lower left corner, there is a link to the rules description and menu. The menu has settings for game sounds, music, and toggling the splash screen on/off when the game starts. To the right of the menu button, the size of the selected bet is shown. In the center at the bottom there are 2 identical blocks of bets. If you want to play only on 1 bet - the second (right) block can be closed: there is an X button in its corner. Each block has the same set of buttons - increase and decrease the bet, Bet on next round, and Bet/Auto toggle switch. If you select Auto, you'll additionally see the Counter (select the number of autoplay games - 10, 30, 50, 80 or 100) and Cash Out (select the multiplier for auto withdrawal) fields.
To quickly familiarize yourself with the game and understand whether you want to bet real money:
We tested the mobile version of Save The Hamster on a 4th-generation iPad Air tablet and a Xiaomi Redmi Note 12 Pro smartphone. On the phone we liked the interface better, because the hamster flies vertically upwards. But everything looks pretty good on the tablet too, especially if you flip it to portrait orientation. The mobile version will launch automatically on any popular browser (we checked in Chrome and Opera), and will accept the screen size.
To summarize, Save The Hamster was liked rather than disliked by our team. It's pleasant in appearance, with a user-friendly interface. We didn't find any serious flaws, but the RTP level is unlikely to appeal to those who want to play for money.
