This type of chips is traditionally used on roulette in all land-based casinos. 

Description

Wheel Checks, Wheel Chips, Roulette Chips – game chips on the roulette that do not have a fixed value.

The face value of the chips is set directly at the table. at the request of the client and indicated by markers on a special panel. Color chips you can't take it away from roulette. 

After finishing the game, the customer must exchange them for valuable tokens, which can be cashed at the checkout.

It is allowed to make combined bets from colored chips and chips having a fixed value, but the croupier must make sure that the player does not exceeded the maximum limits in force at the table.
