This is a slang word that is used in land-based casinos in some countries. 

Description

Marker Tree – panel to indicate the current value of game tokens (colors.) 

Recall that such tokens do not have a fixed denomination. The client himself specifies what value they should have. He gives the dealer valuable chips and he changes them to game chips, taking into account the selected denomination.

In some models of roulette, this panel does not look like a herringbone, that's why employees don't call it that.
